Deep AI Solutions LLC respects the privacy of the operators we serve and the visitors who land on deepaisolutions.com. This policy describes what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Lead form data. When you submit a form on the Site — for example, the AI Visibility Scanner, the Entity Completion form, the contact form, or an engagement inquiry — we collect the fields you fill in. These typically include business name, city, vertical, email address, and a free-text message.
- Engagement correspondence. Email or other communications you send to us in the course of evaluating or using our Services.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) logs request metadata including IP address, user agent, timestamp, and the URL path. Logs are retained for a rolling window for security and operational purposes.
- Cookies. The Site uses only essential cookies required for navigation and security. We do not run third-party advertising or tracking cookies. If we add optional analytics in the future, we will request consent before placing those cookies.
Information from AI providers
When you run the AI Visibility Scanner, your business name, city, and vertical are sent as part of prompts to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, and Perplexity. The full text of those providers' responses, including any business or personal information surfaced by the model, is stored alongside the scan so the Mention Monitor and historical scans can render.
2. How we use information
- To deliver the Services you request, including running scans, generating entity packs, and operating the Mention Monitor.
- To respond to inquiries and provide support.
- To send transactional emails about your scans, engagement, or account.
- To improve the Services, including model evaluation, prompt-bank tuning, and reliability work.
- To produce aggregated, de-identified research and benchmarks.
- To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not use your information to train our own machine-learning models or to train third-party models, beyond the per-query inference calls necessary to deliver the Services.

5. Security
We use commercially reasonable physical, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, and destruction. No system is perfectly secure; if you believe your information has been compromised, contact us immediately at [email protected].

We do not sell or share personal information. See our Do Not Sell or Share notice for details.
8. EU and UK residents (GDPR / UK GDPR)
For visitors in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the legal basis for processing your data is one of the following: your consent, the performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Services, or compliance with a legal obligation.
